The Vicar and The Undertaker charity run

Ian Loram requires your support

The Charity run is for Disabled Access for All Saints Church Brixham whose early vicar Rev. Henry Francis Lyte wrote "Abide with me"

Myself Ian Loram, Secretary of the Devon Branch and the Rector of Brixham The Reverend Ian Blyde (who is my next door neighbour) are going to embark on a journey of over 3,000 miles.

Members are asked to come along and either ride with us a few miles of our journey or meet us at a given point for a photo shoot.  So as members know where we will be, a Facebook page has been set up as well as twitter so you will be able to find out what we have just done and where we are going the next day.  Facebook.com/VicarAndUndertakerTour twitter  @vicarUndertaker

Already many of my Norton friends have said they will come along and support the different legs of the journey.

We will be going from Brixham to Cornwall and back on Thursday 1st September.  Then on Sunday 4th we will go to the Cambridge area and the 5th to Lowestoft Ness for lunchtime and then back from Cambridge to Devon on Tuesday 6th.
The Devon Branch have a camping weekend which starts the evening of the 7th and finishes Monday 12th.  On the 12th some members from the camping weekend will be travelling with us up the M5.  We will then be completing the ride to Scotland and back down to Brixham by 25th September.
The Diocese of the Church in the South West are publicising it and even the Bishop is going to meet us on our way through Plymouth.

Please email Ian Loram if you require any more information.
