The 2011 joint Rally location has been announced

NOC/INOA Rally 2011 - location confirmed

Chuck Contrino of the Tri-State Norton Owners has told us that the location for the 2011 Rally has been fixed as Blackthorn Resort near Woodstock in the Catskill Mountains of New York State.  There are many local attractions (in addition to the Nortons that will be there) and Roadholder 274 coming out in August will contain a feature article from the INOA formally inviting NOC members to the USA for this joint Rally.
